Why am I being charged £25 (excl VAT) for delivery of screens?

Some of the screens that are available to purchase online from Encompass are larger than then standard parcel size therefore the delivery costs to ourselves are higher. To cover this, standard delivery to UK Mainland of the majority of screens will be £30 (incl VAT). Each product shows the delivery cost in the product description. Contact us if you are unsure.

How do I qualify for free next day delivery?

By ordering product above £100.00 (£120.00 including VAT). It’s as simple as that!

What is the cut off time for next day delivery?

The cut off time is 3.00pm. While most postcodes can be promised for next day there is a small number that cannot.

What types of payment are accepted?

Payment for your goods can be made via card payment (VISA & Mastercard) or Paypal

Are there any goods that are non-returnable?

Yes, please be aware that any of our specials label range are non-returnable. This is due to that fact that these labels are made to order. This does not include stock products.

Can labels be returned that are no longer required?

Generally yes, providing they are stock items and not too old. We would charge a 20% handling and restocking charge plus a carriage charge of £10.00. You would need to contact our office to arrange a collection. We do not advise you to send goods back yourselves otherwise you become liable for any damage.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS such as bespoke (made to order); PCL & L Range labels, Non-Stock Roll Labels, etc or any label that is specially made or printed cannot be returned. If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to contact us.

There is a type of label that is not on the website, does that mean we can’t provide that item?

Not necessarily. Please call feel free to contact us. There is a form on the Contact Us page where you can lodge your enquiry. We are happy to look into your enquiry for any labels we do not currently stock.

How long do non-stock items take to come?

It largely depends what it is. We have a range that is made to order & is on a 4 or 5 working day lead time. However, when main stock is depleted it takes between 8 and 12 working days.

What is the difference between Die Cut, Butt Cut and Kiss Cut?

Die Cut is round cornered and would have some waste around the edge of the label. Butt Cut is square cornered (i.e. Labels are butted together). Generally speaking, there is no waste on the sheets with butt cut. Kiss Cut is an expression that is used to describe the process of cutting a label or some other multi layered product. With labels the top layer is cut through and the blade just “kisses” the backing sheet. Hence ‘kiss cut’.

Where can I find the Label Templates on the website?

To find the Label Templates on the website simply select and click on the label you require to bring up the product details page for that label. On each product details page there is a Downloads bar. There are two templates one with a diagram of the layout and measurements of the labels on the page and another which is a Microsoft Word template set-up guide. The SRA3 pages include EPS templates too.
